The most important Ashtanga method is synchronizing the breathing and movement in the Asanas. This class will focus on San Salutation which is the basis of Ashtanga. We will learn the correct breathing method appropriately, how to breath steadily and smoothly, and release ourselves. Although Sun Salutation is the easy basic sequence for everyone, it is said that the accumulation of the practice could cure all kinds of diseases by focusing our awareness through breathing and body. It would be very helpful for us to continue and deepen the daily practice.
