Year 1999~ Licenced a Physical Therapist and gained clinical experience at university hospitals or clinics.
Year 2005 Started Yoga practice and completed TTC. More interested in the body work.
Year 2008 Licenced a Pilates. Searching for the fusion of medical science and body work
Year 2011 Established TAKT8 Yoga&Pilates physical studio
Instructing safe and functional Yoga asana without injured.
These days, I enjoy bringing up my son `little monster`.
