Since 1995, he participated in workshops for lessons of body and words led by Toshiharu Takeuchi, a theater director. From then on, he was fascinated by the fact that awakening to the body expands human possibilities and became a Rolfer. While offering private sessions of Rolfing(R), craniosacral therapy and trauma care in his base Kamakura, he holds a number of workshops under the theme of body and words. He is also a lecturer of TOKYOYOGA and now teaching classes for experiential anatomy and flexibility improvement.
