プロフィール

I grew up in Hawaii in my childfood age, and spend my university life at Oregon Univ, surrounded with many forest and hippies. I learned environmentology, zoology, and biology, then realized the wonder of energies which nature holds. After the graduation, I started to study meditation by myself. After returning to Japan as a English teacher, I continued to study meditation by visiting Arizona and Hawaii many times. When I collapsed from too much stress in the city life, I started yoga practice to strengthen my body and managing my life against the stressful life.
