[22H2] Making progress in Ashtanga yoga

In the tradition of Ashtanga yoga, asanas are always practiced as a set sequence. This means that the way in which the poses are learned at the beginning is especially important. If the various parts of the body are not used correctly, there is the risk not only of injury, but that the asanas will be different from what was intended.
