[21C5] Kundalini Yoga Meditation for Beginners

We will study the Chakras and Kundalini through Kundalini Yoga's meditation techniques. Expereince the power of the ancient science and yoga. First we will go over Chakras and Kundalini, and where they exist in our bodies. Then we will learn the techniques on how we should utilize this in our practice. Meditation will be at an advanced level, but we will not be doing heavy asanas. Use this opportunity to learn more about meditation. Your impression of meditating should greatly change afterwards.
