[23G4] Yoga for Healing Self

This class is Ishta Yoga-based, where you can modify your practice according to how you want to set your challenges, and is beginner-friendly. We will focus on alignment, and each student will take asanas at her/his own level. In the latter half of the class, you will be keeping your asanas for length in Yin Yoga so as to open deeper parts of your body. You will also feel mind-body connection, and deeply inquire within to find ways to heal yourself by bringing chakras into your consciousness while staying in asanas.
