[23H3] Tensegrity Vinyasa
"Tensegrity" stands for the system that one can keep balances while keeping "tension" and "integrity" of all the things. "Tensegrity Yoga" style was developed by ACO with her own tensegrity theory she invented. It is self-independent yoga style, that you adjust yourself finely to hold poses. You do not concentrate introspection only, but concentrate tensions from tops and bottoms, from left and right, and from inside and outside. You adjust to fine-tune the tensions changing every moment, and then you can increase the energy flow generated from sacrum, and adjust the prana or the life energy. Starting from mild and slow-motion Vinyasa, you can enjoy the processes that holding poses lead you to meditation. It may sounds pretty easy, but it is actually deep and delicate approach. You will experience such a new way to enjoy yoga with the approach. The session is advanced in phases from the last year.
