In this class "Yoga for Women," we practice yoga for resilient mind and body, which enables us to take control over menstrual flow, focusing on stabilizing balance between “relax” and “contract.” This technique is also effective for easing cramps and PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome), balancing hormones, stabilizing internal organs and pelvis, and toning legs. Surprisingly, you will be looking forward your next period after this class. What you can expect from "Menstrual Flow Control" are: Menstruation finishes distinctly; calm your mind and ease PMS; can be a treatment for amenia; posture improves; body becomes easy to lose weight and/or hard to gain weight by itself; transformation into toned, resilient body; better and deeper sleep; can be a solution and/or preventive care for urine leakage due to childbirth or aging; decrease litters and cramp by using reusable menstrual pads.
