[23A1]Developing strength, stability and integrity: How Awakening Your Core leads to greater steadiness and integration

In this session you will awaken deep sensations and intelligence in the core of your body. You won’t do 10,000 sit-ups or crunches. Instead, you’ll examine how your feet, legs and abdominals work together to create greater strength, integration and ease in all of your poses. You can expect plenty of abdominal work woven into sun salutations, standing poses, twists and an occasional arm-balance or two.
