[23G1]Mai (My / Dancing) Yoga

I am well versed in various forms of exercises, including dancing, numerous yoga styles, pilates and NY ballet work art. On the back of this diverse background, I have created Mai Yoga (meaning both myself and my dancing). This yoga integrates the art of dancing with the spirituality of traditional yoga, and despite moving in a slow and gentle manner, this yoga will steadily create a strong and beautiful body. You do not need to think so seriously; your inner muscle will strengthen by taking a slow and deep breath to move, and you will realize that both your body and mind have surprisingly changed.
