A certified Macrobiotic Instructor of Kushi Institute of Japan. Practiced Ashtanga Yoga since 2003. Besides taking a charge of Organic Base in Kichijoji, Hiromi Nishimoto is holding workshops called“Eat Yoga: Yogic Diet for Yogis and Yoginis” at IYC Ogikubo and regular classes“Eat Yoga: Macrobiotic Essense” at Veda, which is organized by Mei Yoshikawa.
