Ayako Sasaki
Profile:
Ayako Sasaki was graduated university of Komei Gakuen in major of Performing Arts in 2000, where she studied classical ballet, jazz dance and vocal music. After completed her degree, she joined the Shiki Theatre Company.
Ayako was impressed by the concept of Integral Yoga which is mainly focus on “inner beauty”. She has started to learn the Integral Yoga from Reiko Chiba, and got an instructor certificate of Integral Yoga after left the theatre company. At the present time, she is an assistant of Reiko Chiba and learning yoga from Takayoshi Naruse. She has been in charge of an Integral Yoga lesson at Yoga Festa since 2005.

Ayako is an EFT-Japan Practitioner, a member of association of Japan Maternity Yoga, completed maternity yoga teacher training in basic course, and belonging to TEAM DANSKIN. She has a child.
