She studied many kinds of yoga in India, the United Stats, Canada, Australia and Hawaii, and got certified as yoga teacher. (Tantric Yoga, Integral yoga, ashtanga yoga, wave medicine yoga, Bikram yoga, etc..)
In Japan, she studied under Masahiro Oki, Houshi Fujita and Tsuruji Sahoda.

She has been in Japan yoga association for 12years and promoted yoga from Hokkaido to Okinawa as executive director.
She taught yoga at yoga dojo by Taizo Makiuchi.
She handled Ayurveda yoga practice and lecture at Yoga Fest from 2004(the first time) to 2010.
