She has been an instructor in fitness industry since 1987. She began to study yoga in 1977, and is engaged in yoga teacher training as a career-up adviser of a sport club ‘RENAISSANCE’. She keeps studying yoga by actively participating in various workshops in Japan/overseas regarding anatomy and body works.

Certificates she got recently include DEVIKA Yoga (Kundalini Yoga) in Oct 2006, Gyrotioic in Sep 2007, and Ayurved basic in Oct 2007.
