Ashtanga yoga is performed in a series of movement and deep breathing flow. During the practice of either primary or intermediate series, anyone faces some poses difficult for you. Everyone should have their own challenges in the series of forward/back bending, twisting and reverse poses. The standing pose looks simple and easy but it’s actually harder than it does. The poses after the half, such as Bhujapidasana, Supta Kurmasana and Garbha Pindasana, most people find it difficult to achieve. This class is to solve those challenges by learning practicing method to get to complete the whole series without injury. Let’s share some hint of posing, the way of proper breathing and banda, practice using wall or block, prevention against injury, and effective stretch to achieve the pose by performing above poses.
