Yoga cleanses internally through breathing, and Aruyuvada cleans from the outside of your body. Aruyveda devides all people into Vada, Pita and Kappah types. * Vada yoga - for those who are very busy every day. * Pita yoga - for those who are short on time and are stressed. * Kappah yoga - for those who have gained weight or feel heavy. By enjoying the three different types of yoga, it will help you understand which type is best fit for you.
