Backbends and twists combat anxiety and depression, energize our systems, and most importantly enhance the way in which the nervous system and brain function. Patrick will introduce the importance of utilizing the entire body so as to approach these posture groups in the safest way possible. Learn to stabilize the shoulder girdle, legs and pelvis to liberate the spine while keeping the belly and breath soft to promote “release”, rather than “over exersion”.
