[25E2] With a chair, or anywhere! A proposal for Asana practice

Through her own experience
with the handicapped, Minegishi learned a lot. “Possibility” and “Impossibility” in our impressions means nothing. The possibility can be found in our own will.
In this class, she will show us how to use a chair when we teach the elderly and when we create a simple yoga class at work. Also she will mention the key points with consideration for the elderly and the handicapped.

This is a practical
teaching session, which you can apply to various occasions or anywhere!
