You might already be practicing traditional seated meditation everyday. but why don't you try it in a different, unique way. First of all, we start with Moving Meditation using Mudra(Body Seal) and Mantra(Healing Sound) in order to focus our mind. The class will continue with Seated San Salutation for preparation of the core practice such as Chest, Shoulder, and Hip Openers. This practice will help you to get more flexible. you shouldn't force yourself to open your body. you will feel even more comfortable with this natural way. In addition you will feel refreshed, energized and detoxed after the practice.
