[22B3]Quest for the Edge in Yoga

Yoga is not simply practicing the poses you memorize. It is the beginning of a quest to discover yourself, in other words discovering your edge to maximize the potential from each pose. Where is my own edge? What is my physical limitation, or is my limit coming from the perceived notion from the mind? During the whole process, is there a dialogue between the body and mind? Am I experiencing impatience, aggravation and anxiety? What does it mean to stay at the edge? And how can I do that? It is a quest for self as well as the beginning of an internal Yoga experience – these are questions you keep asking yourself when you practice Asana. This class will provide the entering point of a quest for self. You will experience to fuse with higher energy beyond what you can imagine through discovering your edge that is an essential process for personal transformation.
